The match seemed to be set by the effort of Fabio Borini on goal moments just ahead of Pierluigi Casiraghi’s team. Ezequiel Schelotto returned favour to Chelsea’s striker just 5 minutes after the second half game started with a cross that Borini had directed very narrowly over to him.
It seemed that the traffic was one way. Lorenzo De Silvestri was the next to be threatened and the defender was seen shooting wide after he had been teed up by Mario Balotelli.
Well, the team Italy got their second nine minutes. The time when the defence of the visitors failed of clearing a low cross by De Silvestri. He shot from the right and immediately Marrone fired with a powerful shot with left foot from the edge of the box. Italy started the evening with fourth.
